Terms of Service
General Guidelines
- Send a clear reference picture and/or a very detailed description of what you are looking for.
- Please be respectful of me and my process and practice.
- Any NSFW requests will require a clear valid photo ID in order for me to accept.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission for any reason whatsoever.
Payment
- I can only accept payment through Paypal and Ko-Fi.
- Please send payment after your commission is accepted.
Process of Production
- I will start production on your product as soon as possible after the payment goes through.
- Throughout the process, I will send various WIP images, with which you can revise and suggest changes.
- Delivery time will vary depending on the commission complexity and process.
Copyright
- I own the rights to any and all artwork that I create. I have the right to post this artwork on my socials. If you are uncomfortable with that, please let me know in the order form.
- You are allowed to print and use this artwork for personal use and upload images with proper credit to any socials online.
- I can blacklist a client if you claim the art as your own, use for commercial use without discussing with me, crop my signature out, or reproduce the artwork for your profit.
Refunds
- If you wish to discuss refunds with me please ask and we will discuss options.
- Refunds are not applicable if the piece is already finished and you are dissatisfied. I will provide many WIP photos throughout the process to avoid this.
- If a refund is wanted before the process began, a full 100% refund will be issued.
